While searching on Genealogy.Com I found the record of my great grandparents' marriage. It came from a source named "Stewart Co. GA Marriages from 1827 to 1850, page 7." Of course, it wouldn't show me page 7, I would need to subscribe to the website to see it.

I already knew of their marriage but nothing else. The item was written this way:
GREEN, James E./marr/DAVIS, Louisa J./10-23-1850. GREEN, John.

I haven't a clue as to who John Green is - a witness, a brother, the father? It would be a great find if I could identify this person.

Does anyone reading this have a copy of the source I mentioned above? And, if so, would/could you do a look up to see what else is contained in the article? I would be ever so grateful. Thank you. Jean
