Is ther any one here that could look up my wedding announcment?
In the Spring of 1949, a young catcher was sent to the Griffin Pimentoes baseball team by the Atlanta crackers. I was a majorette for the Spalding County High School Band. This young catcher being sent on this very day saw me in the parade and ask someone standing in front of Lane Drug, what my name was and where to find me, he was told to stay there and I would be coming bact there, and they would introduce him to me, well later that summer we were married,in
October of 2008, my catcher passed away, we would have been married in August of 2009.
Is there any one that could look up and and copy my wedding announcment, it would have been in the paper in probably July of 1949 could have been June.
My name Evelyn Ogletree (Pat) his name Floyd Recil Laney from North Caroling my parents John B. Ogletree we were married August 7,1949
