I assume you know there was a mill vilage at Rushton Mills, a small community. However I don't know about graves and marriages. It could have been that there was a church, I do know, the Kincaid now Dundee Mill Village, there was a church, but from memory the Church didn't have any Graves.
I would assume that many things were centered around the villages, since transportation was scarce at that time, these villiagers, I think were very close and very good citizens, most of them were poor. In most cases they were farmers moving from a farming time to the industralized times. The Name was Rushton Mill Village. The one located in Experiment GA...the Ag,station, was The Kincaid Mill Village, which when I was last in Georgia, had a name change to ....Dundee Mill Village. They began selling the housed and doing away with the Villages in the late 50's,I think it was.
You might contact the local Libary, they might have the information you are seeking.
