Vital Records
2600 Skyland Drive NE
Atlanta Georgia 30319
Fax (404) 524- 4278

Use the Url and go directly to site, you can probably contact them from the site, I understand some time you will get them quicker.
I am in another state oterwise I would go to Spalding County Health Department and get the certificate for you,I don't know when Georgia started keeping records, early 1900, if you can't find it at the local health department , then try Vitals, and I think the price is $10. I think census are much higher. Can't really remember. Some time and obituary will work well , if you are searching for thing that are in and Obituary, however a D.C. will give name ,birth date , death date, parents names, and wife name, and who ever signed your certificate, and place of burial. If my URL dosen't work, go to Google.org and put in Atlanta Vitals
