She might be. I have not found anything to help me definitely know who her father is. I have same children listed that you do for Martha & Jesse.

I have note that the family moved from GA to MS in 1842. Then from MS to LA in 1844. They are in Natchitoches, LA in 1850 census and in Winn Parish, LA in 1860 census. I have note that during Civil War, they were in Bee Co, TX. I have not found in 1870 census. Martha and some of family are in Travis Co, TX in 1880 census (taken in June, Jesse having died in May). Jesse and Martha are buried in Merrelltown Cemetery, Austin, Travis Co, TX. Their tombstones can be seen at - memorial #'s 14005084 and 21875773.

Other note: 1850 census indicates daughters Rebecca and Mary were twins. The only spouses I have are Solomon TEDDLIE for Rebecca, Owen Glendower JONES for Lucinda, SHEPARD? for Nancy, KILLEN for Elizabeth, and John PENNINGTON for Martha.

That's about all I have for now. I hope this helps. If you have any questions about any of this, let me know.
