Washington Freeman - still looking

Still looking for Washington Freeman of Screven Co., Ga. I cannot find him before 1821. I know he was in Screven in 1821 because he was listed as living in Screven in the 1821 Ga. Land Lottery and he drew land in Henry Co. He didn't move there because he died in Screven Co., in 1829 when his Estate Papers filed.I haven't found a Will. A Jacob Freeman was the administrator of Washington's estate and asked that it be moved to Wilkinson Co., GA in 1833. (don't know why?) In Wilkinson, in 1838 one of Washington's sons was bound to Jacob Freeman until the age of 21. Jacob was released from that bond and John Freeman, Jr. of Wilkinson Co. was given bond in his stead. I am a descendant of Washington Freeman's son, James Garrett Freeman. I know nothing else about Washington Freeman. I assume Jacob Freeman was a relative.
