Alex Lee wrote an article about the Powell family that appears on page 255 of the Screven County History. He lists Lillie Usher's marriage to Charles Powell. Perhaps you should e-mail Alex - he may have the information you need.

Also, as to the identity of Lillie Usher's parents, I couldn't find any mention of her amongst the many offspring of James and Jane C. Usher (my gg-grandparents). However, this is only a short family history that was prepared by the late Russell Bazemore. Russel wrote a much longer, more informative book on the Ushers in and around Screven County. There is a copy of it in the Screven County Library. The information you need is likely included in that book by Russel. Also, you might try searching the -online- Hollingsworth card catalog for their names. That too is offered through the Screven County Library.
