Richmond County Wills- IMPORTANT!!

Due to space limitations, the only wills that are now kept in the Probate Office are from 1952 forward (the past 50 years.) All the other wills have been moved to "retention" but noone seems to know where that is. If you need a will lookup before 1952, you must contact the Richmond County Probate Office.
