I am searching for information regarding William May, Sr. b-about 1745, son (executor) of John May who died around 1785 in Richmond Co., GA. He is listed on the 1840 Washington Co., GA census.
William is said to be my ancestor; father of Edmund, Sr., f/o Edmund, Jr., f/o Reuben,
f/o John W. May, b-ca1844 in Warren Co., TN.
Will appreciate hearing from anyone who might have info as to his wife, and place/time
of death.
