Hello David,
You may want to buy a copy of the following book: "Quaker Records in Georgia: Wrightsborough 1772-1793, Friendsborough 1776-1777" by Robert Scott Davis, Jr. The book is sold by the Augusta Genealogical Society, P.O. Box 3743, Augusta, GA 30904.
I found 3 references to Ephriam Owen (1 shows a plat map of Wrightsborough with his location in the town. It also lists his children:
John, b. 24 Aug 1790
Benjamin, b. 16 Jan 1792
Mary, b. 25 Feb 1795; d. 22 Sep 1797
Ephraim, b. 11 May 1797
Elizabeth, b. 30 Jul 1799
Sarah, b. 27 April 1801
Ruth, b. 27 Jan 1803
There is also a Samuel Owen, wife Margery with the following children:
Sarah, b. 15 Aug 1796
Ephraim, b. 23 Dec 1797
John, b. 29 Sep 1800
Mary, b. 7 Jun 1802
There's no mention of a Joseph, but he may have been born after these records ended.
I don't remember what I paid (I'm sure it was less than $30.00) but it's well worth buying for anyone that had ancestors in the Richmond County area.
