Wm. LOCKLING is listed in a transcription of book LLL, p. 465 as receiving 200 acres in Richmond Co. in 1787 as part of the Headrights and Bounty Grants programs in Georgia. I suspect this is actually William LOCKLIN. I would like more information about him.
