My grandfather worked at Hollingsworth for a few years. He retired from the GA RR and then took a job there so it must have been in the early 1950s. I used to visit him at the factory and have some pretty sharp memories of the large vats of chocolate, the rows of candy coming down the assembly line, and the smell of chocolate. Oh yes, that was some place. They had a lobby area where they sold rejects. My mother would always buy some of their chocolate covered nuts called turtles. It is a wonderful memory.
