I found a notice of death and an obit for a Elizabeth Dudley who died on JUNE 8, 1964 in the August Chronicle, published on June 9, 1964 (first one below) and on June 10, 1964 (second one below).

Mrs. Dudley Dies in City
Mrs. Elizabeth Pickett Dudley, 1008 Red Bird Rd., died Monday in a local hospital after a brief illness.
Mrs. Dudley was the wife of E. Fletcher Dudley. She was a member of Hill Baptist Church and a native of Augusta. Mrs. Dudley was the daughter of the late Norman Pickett and Mrs. Marie Gaines.
Survivors include her husband, E. Fletcher Dudley; a daughter, Miss Patricia Dudley; her mother, Mrs. Marie Gaines; all of Augusta.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Platt's Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at the Hill Baptist Church at 4 p.m. Wednesday by the Rev. T. S. Boehm. Burial will be in West View Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be J. Pat Price, Cooper Warr, Hugh Busbia, William Price, John Oakley, Dr. Robert Lee Olive.

Mrs. Marie Dudley
Mrs. Marie Rhodes Dudley, 87, resident of Jennings Health Care Center, died Friday, Nov. 12, 1993 at Augusta Regional Medical Center.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Lewis Memorial United Methodist Church, Appling, with Revs. Bob Matthews and Pierce Norman officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mrs. Dudley, a native of Jefferson County, was a homemaker. She was a member of First Southern United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a son, Elam G. Dudley, Evans.
Pallbearers will by Andy Warlick, Gary Rhodes, Charlie Batman, Perry Dodson, Randy Rhodes and Todd Dudley.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 to 4 p.m. today or at the church Monday from 1 p.m. until the hour of service.
Thomas L. King Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
