Augusta Chronicle 3/28/1876

James Oldham bought a lot on Calhoun St between Centre and Elbert St conveyed 12/26/1861 by James Dye. Mortgages foreclosed upon 12/11/1866,3/12/1867, 9/11/1867, 2/10/1869, 6/15/1869. He owed 929.99 -110, he was in a cooperative. Registered voter 4/3/1860. On 3/13/1883, it was reported that James Oldham was a plugman for the volunteer fire department, Alert No. 9.
