Eleanor Willis - born sometime around 1916

On the 1920 Richmond census report, a child by the name of Eleanor Willis is listed to have been living with my great grandfather and great grandmother (Lindsay W Adams and Iola Adams). The report states that the child's relationship to the head of household was that of gdaughter (I assume that is the short version of granddaughter). She is listed to have been 4 years old at the time of this report which would mean that she was born sometime in 1916. We do know that Eleanor was not the grandchild of Iola however. Iola did not have her one and only child (Elizabeth Adams) until 1922. This means that Lindsay was married or fathered a child before marrying my great-grandmother Iola. I am very interested in finding information on Eleanor as she is very likely to be a decendant of my great grandfathers and may have had some children that are still here in Georgia. I have searched through many databases without any luck. It is also possible that she may have married. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
