Death of Troupe Tabb
Posted by: John Tabb (ID *****1278) Date: August 04, 2005 at 17:14:04

Troupe Tabb, my great grandfather, was kicked by a mule and killed in 1863 in Randolph County. I know they didn't keep death certificates then, but could someone check the county records for this event. He was a foreman on some plantation. I am trying to find his mother's name. Have Tabb history back to 1500s in England and can't find the name of my great-great grandmother who was married to Thomas Hugo Tabb. I know she died prior to the 1850 census and after the birth of her youngest, Troupe,in l829,in either Randolph of Monroe County, Ga.
