Williams and Jones families, 1800s

I am looking for information on the families of Henry and Mariah Jones and William and Elizabeth Williams who were on the census for Stewart Co. in 1850, 1860, and 1880. There were 11 Jones children and 14 Williams children. If I remember right, Stewart Co. was part of Randolph Co. at one time. So it is possible that there are records of these families in Randolph county, too. These couples may have been the parents of my great-grandparents Solomon Jones and Patience Williams. I have not been able to find any information to actually help to prove that. Would appreciate any help. Beverly Jones Brock
