This man was Bailey Dover. He was not related to the late S. W. Dover. He lived in Clayton and was much interested in young ministers of the Gospel. Sketches indicates that Bailey Dover owned lot 89 in Clayton, Georgia in 1856. Bailey Dover, Inferior Court Judge 1833, 1837, 1849 and 1857. Served on the Grand Jury of the 1829 term.
