Hi Rodney,
Sorry it took so long to get back to you. If you can find out the name of James Onie Carver's father, that would be great. I believe he was born out of wedlock or something happened to his father before they could be married. Anything to can find would be deeply appreciated.
I know his family is sensitive about the subject but they have never come out and said what it was. This is a record of the family both good and not so good. James was one of the kindest, most gentle, and loving people I have met. I would like to record his life as accurately as possible for his grand children and future generations.
