I am tracing the Williams of Rabun County. I was wondering if your Etheldred could be the same as the Etheldread I have identified. I have no "proof" of the the Etheldread/Etheldred connection to Abel Williams. Can you verify, or do you have any additional information?

This is what I have so far:

3. Ephraim Henry Williams b. 4/6/1850 d. 6/21/1917 Rabun County, GA (died during WWI flu epidemic) m. 10/22/1878 Buried at Wolf Creek Baptist Church, Rabun County, GA (Off US 441 4 miles North of Tallulah Falls Bridge)
sp. Margaret Mahala Mosley (Mozeley, Mosely, Moseley)Williams (only child) b. 5/2/1854 d. 3/11/1940. Buried at Wolf Creek Baptist Church, Rabun County, GA (Off US 441 4 miles North of Tallulah Falls Bridge) “Margaret Mahala Moseley Williams had 8 children. She had her own horse and side-saddle. She was a weaver and taught at Tallulah Falls School spinning and weaving of beautiful material. She had the first organ and first sewing machine in the area and sewed for others as well as her own family” (taken from an oral family history by Martha Turpen Pasternack)
