Thomas K. Forrester fought in the Florida Indian Wars in Samuel Beck's Company 1st regiment, first brigade of Georgia mounted volunteers October 1837 to May 7, 1838. Others from Rabun in the company Henry Hopper, John D. Dickerson, William P. Dickerson, Nace Walls and William D. Langston. Thomas was also in the Civil war, joining in TN.
Died July 6, 1890 in Walker Co. AL.
