You may not be looking up census records any more but if you are please I need to see if there was a
William Billy Franks and Phoebe Isabella Hunter in Rabun County from 1850 to 1872.

Their son My grandfather was Garrett Burton Franks b. April 18 1850 in Rabun Co Georgia.

He had a brother William Richard Franks 1848 who would be on the records also. They had a large family of other children Henry, Mary, Amy, Melinda, Martha, Joshua and James Franks.

Garrett Burton and William Richard Franks were supposed to have been born in Rabun. The family eventually moved to Del Rio, Tennessee but have no record of their stay in Georgia.
Thanks for help from anyone who may have Rabun Co census or access to other records with any of these names.
