Daniel McWilliams was listed in the 1820 census for Putnam Co., GA. His age bracket was over 45, which means he was born before 1775. Also in his household were 1 male between 10-16; 3 females under 10; 1 female between 10-16; 1 female 16-26; and 1 female over 45. I haven't found Daniel in subsequent censuses and would be grateful for any information anyone could provide about this family. I'm hoping for a connection between this family and that of Miles B. McWilliams, born c1821 in GA, who lived from 1850 in Simpson Co., MS, until his death there.
