Sorry that you are having problems with getting to the surveys. Sardis Cemetery survey is at http://www.usgennet.org/usa/ga/county/polk/SardisSurvey.html John A Stokes birth date according to the tombstone was 25 Feb 1857, not 1825. Sallie Stokes is the only other Stokes with a marked grave. Her dates are 27 May 1833 - 22 May 1897.
Will try to get out to the cemetery in the next few days and make photos of the tombstones and send to you. In the last couple of years, I have had several computer crashes and each time would lose saved e-mail. Have started making hard copies of all look-ups, just in case of a crash or other problems.
