There were two men in Pike Co. from 1827 through 1840 named "Robert Walker". One was the son of John Walker from Wilkes Co., Ga. - was he "Robert A. Walker"? Some of the deeds at the courthouse are signed "Robert Walker" and some are signed "Robert A. Walker". I'd LOVE to know which one is "Robert A. Walker". The one who is NOT the son of John Walker was my 3rd gr. grandfather and he vanished prior to 1850. We could use ANY help.
