I have a very poor copy of "Hall's Original County Map of Georgia: showing present and original counties and land districts." says compiled from State Records by Hall Brothers??

This copy is 8.5 x 11, but apparently reduced from a much larger map because the "legend" on it is microscopic.

(I found this in vertical files at my library.)

District 7 included Barnesville, and was smack-dab in the middle of ORIGINAL Monroe Co., (now in Lamar Co., or split between current Lamar and Monroe -- can't tell...)

Anyway, this map shows the counties, with district numbers -- is a great map if you can find it.

(As mentioned, my copy is very poor, so there's no way to get anything readable from my copy)
