In the 1920 census there is a "Mittie Embry" who is 61 yrs old & a school teacher at what looks to be a "Tate School." She is living in a boarding house so is evidently a widow but her husband's name, I believe was Pete Embry. Is this school still in existence? Could anyone tell me if Mittie is buried there in that county? She was b 1859 in Coweta Co. GA & is the dau of Andrew Jackson Puckett & Frances (Roberts) of Coweta Co. My gr grandfather, Wm Samuel Puckett, one of Mittie's brothers. Also, looking for the death date & location of Frances (Roberts) Puckett, their mother. I think she died in 1902 but not certain of that date. Thanks for any help.
