Amy,
I am not from Pickens County, GA but have gg and ggg grandparents and others buired there. I have a book listing the marriages of Pickens County through 1965. The people you are looking for are listed and it says they are in county book "A" on page 2. My book says that certified copies of marriages can be ordered from the Probate Judge, Pickens County Court House, 50 North Main Street, Suite 3, Jasper, GA 30143. It says that the cost through 2000 was $4.00 but after 2000 you should confirm the cost through the Probate Office. The Pickens County Court House had a fire in 1947 and many records were lost but my book says that county book "A" survived. Hope this helps.
