Long Swamp Baptist Church and Cemetery are near Jasper Georgia. I don't know the mailing address but I can tell you how to get there from Canton, Georgia. Take I-575 north from Canton and get on Hwy 515 north when I-575 ends. From Hwy 515 turn east on Hwy 53 and go to Jasper. While on Hwy 53 east go through down town Jasper and turn left (north) on Burnt Mountain Road. Go a short distance and turn right(east) on Cove Road. Go about 5 miles on Cove Road and you will come to a four way stop. If you turn left you will be on Long Swamp Road. The church and cemetery are at the dead end of this road.
