Mr. Edwards, thank you for responding to my query. I may or may not have the correct county. I am looking to find out what happened to the land Millington Morgan drew in 1832 Gold Lottery. He was living in Richmond Co., GA at the time and his name is listed as Willington Morgan but that is because the M often looks like a W.

The info I have shows he drew Lot 930, Dist. 4 in Section 3 (this is the part that I am not sure of as being Paulding Co.)

As far as I can tell, Millington Morgan stayed in Henry Co., GA from the time he moved there around 1830 until his death. He is shown on every census as being in Henry Co., GA. I was hoping there was a record of him selling the lot he drew or finding out what happened to the lot.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you for your offer. I haven't found much on the net about the 1832 Gold Lottery and have been trying to find out which counties were Section 2 and Section 3. I look forward to hearing from you with any info you may have concerning the above.
