I am looking for a James and Elizabeth Doig/Doeg I have even seen the name show up transcribed as Heyd,in 1830 there was a James and Andrew Doegg in Spartanburg,SC transcribed as Degg so it might not even show up anything like it is supposed to be.It should be a James and Elizabeth with children Andrew J or A J,Thomas,Sarah,Pinkney(or possibly William P).In 1860 James Doig was 60 born SC,Andrew 27 b SC,Thomas 25 b SC,Sarah 23 bSC,Pinkney 19 b SC.In 1920 my great grandfather Stephen Doegg was transcribed as Docky.Anything you could find would be greatly appreciated Thanks,Julie
