Martin VanBuren Shelton died sometime after 1880 as did his wife Tabitha. This is per the 1880 census records. He was there per the 1860 census records, again in Dallas township. I would be grateful if you would look for land in the Shelton name and glad to pay for any fees you incur or for copies, etc.

Also, do you know how one would go about looking for Probate Records there? I got the following from the Paulding Co. Website and have no clue as to how to get copies.

Shelton, John appointed administer of Martin Shelton's estate.

Paulding New Era

Turner, John H. appointed administer of Martin Shelton estate.
Thanks in advance
