Researching William J. NIBLET, b. Paulding County, GA in 1847, m. Sallie (uknown maiden name) and listed as living in Polk County, GA, on the 1880 census, along with their daughter Rebecca, my ggrandmother, whose husband William WOOD was later killed in a mining accident in Cherokee County, AL, in the 1890's. William's father was Richard Niblet, of Paulding County, as revealed on the 1850 census for that county. But by 1860, William is living with the A. W. Jackson family in Paulding County. If anyone has any info about this William Niblet or his wife Sallie and children, I'd appreciate hearing from you.
