my grandmother was lizzie bertie barber born july 12, 1896 the daughter of william barber she was born in paulding county, ga. she married jacob foster williams i think his father was mariah williams, he was born oct 14, 1896 in paulding county, ga. they moved to albertville, al where they died. they had eva, irma, winnie, archella and clellan. eva is my mother and i am trying to run the family tree and learn about my ancestors. i found part of a letter that mrs. aubrey f. harris of dallas, ga had written mother and she talked of going to see grandpa barber. anything that you can tell me about the family i will appreciate it. if you want anything on our families i will be glad to share it with you. please let me hear from you. hope this makes sense because i am fixing to go to work and just saw the message.
