James Lara Smith!

James Lara Smith who we believe was married to a lady named Ozora belle, We think he was born in Jackson County Georgia in 1863 and died in 1934 in Oglethorpe County Georgia (Wolfskin) I know of 5 children that he fathered
Lula C. Howard (1892 - 1961)*
William Arthur Smith (1895 - 1974)*
James Grady Smith (1898 - 1965)*
Maebelle Smith Shannon (1902 - 1954)*<-- My Grandmother
Henry B. Smith (1913 - 1963)*

My question concerns his wife because she is lost to time, Every census I find James Lara Smith on his wife has a different name, She is listed as Ara Belle, Azzlie Belle,Oroza belle and she is not buried with him if she is she has no headstone. My Great Grandfather was a farmer and well off from what I am told so it makes no sense to me that I cannot locate information on my great grandmother we assume she died after 1918 because on the 1930 census James Lara Smith is listed as widowed I we lose his wife after 1918 when she signed her son James Grady (Gradon) Smiths Draft card! Any information will be greatly appreciated! My mother was born in 1930 and my great grandfather was widowed and living with his daughter Lula Howard and My Grandmother Maebelle was also living with them! on this census my mother is listed as Geniveve Louder my grandmother was listed as Maebelle Lowder (My mother was born out of wedlock hence the difference in spelling of the last name!
