Cheryl,
The New Courthouse is open from 8AM to 5PM, Mon-Fri.

Many of the old records for Estates, deeds and suits are in the basement. The records in the basement are not organized.

The majority of the records you want are probably upstairs in the offices.

Pencils or ink pins are allowed

No cell phones in the deed record room or office of the Probate Judge.
