Georgia web and tape

Several years ago, on one of the Genealogy sites I read a story about a labor dispute or strike at the Groegia Web and Tape Co here in Columbus. It happened in the 1930's or 1940's. I would appreciate any info on this. I can't look at old copies of the Ledger without a date, so if anyone has any onfo at all I would be so grateful to hear from them!
