Nancy L. Helms, daughter of Uriah Helms, married Daniel H. Williams probably in Muscogee Co., GA. Daniel and Nancy were living in Russell Co., AL per the 1850 census. They died in Butler Co., AL shortly after 1860. Some of their children went to live with Wilson H. and Jane Helms Sterns (Stearns) in Russell Co., AL. Jane Helms Sterns was the sister of Nancy Helms Williams.
