Originally from Va. came thru the Pendelton Dis. to Ga. the children are 1. Pamela Rucker b. 17 aug. 1805 2. Henry Wyatt b. feb. 1807 3. Nancy Bibb b. 20 feb. 1809 4. William Terry b. jan. 1811 5. Phillip Alfred b. 13 feb. 1813 6. Martha Ann b. 22 feb. 1815 7. John Baldwin b. 22 mar. 1817 8. George Ambrose b. 5 jan. 1820 9. Edwin 27 sept. 1821 10. Mary Ann 6 nov. 1822 11. Sarah Adeline b. ? 12. Charles Addison b. 27 nov. 1830. DeKalb, Carroll, Henry. Family settled in Atlanta when it was still named Terminus, a railroad junction, also Marthasville. My GGgrandfather is Phillip Alfred McDaniel, who removed with his wife Jane Elizabeth Walker of Washington, Wilks Co. Ga. to Henry Co. Alabama in 1838 to operate plantations in Texasville and later Columbia then Henry Co. Ala.,both are buried in Columbia. My Ggrandfather William Walker McDaniel, Major Cobbs Ga. Legion, last commanding officer at the end of the Civil War. My Grandfather Henry Terry McDaniel was born 13 may 1878 Texasville, Al. He served in the army in the Philippines during the Spanish-American War he enlisted in Ga. due to the military history of McDaniels in and for Ga. Co. F, 29th Inf. Vols. I would share any info.
