I didn't see an email address so I will post some info here..the TN Youngbloods, that might fit it are from the 1900 census:
Unknown..smudged name could be WILLIAM/PHILIP OR JOSEPH B1862 he and his mother and father were born in GA.. ALICE b1865 she and both her parents b in TN AUGUSTUS b1889 GA//WILLIAM R b1893 GA EDGAR P b1895 GA//HONNIE b 1897 GA MAGGIE E b1900 GA...it is obvious this would not be his parents, but there is the TN connection..
SC Youngbloods in GA on 1880 census...
MIKAD 68 yrs old b SC//HANEY 54 yrs old b SC/ AMANDA 20yrs old b GA//SALLY 18 Yrs old b GA/ WILLEY 15yrs old b GA//GEORGIA 13yrs old b GA
