A transcript of the Cherokee County marriages indices from July 1840 to January 1885 can be found at http://files.usgwarchives.org/ga/cherokee/vitals/marriages/brdmarrE.txt. I did not see a Ann or Sarah Garrison listed after 1851.
If they were married after 1 January 1885 the marriages books after this date would need to be checked at the court house in Canton or the Georgia Archives in Morrow. You might write the Cherokee County court clerk and request a lookup.
