1870 Census. Thomas M Ross as “George Ross” is listed next to Jesse and Mary Clarke, possibly Elizabeth's parents.

Elizabeth, 29, NC, keeping house
Mary, 13, TN, works on farm
Jane, 6, TN, at home
Thomas, 2, TN

In 1850 Census, GA (Gilmer), listed with Jesse Clarke is Elizabeth, age 18.
