Sue, I have read your postings with great interest. If I can believe the family trees posted on the internet, we share James Coward and Miss Weaver as ancestors. My G G Grandfather William Oliver Coward (b.1815 NC m. Abigail Wilkie) was in GA 1850 census and stayed until about 1864 when they moved to KY. The "trees" show him as the son of James Coward and Mary "Polly" Worley. I believe this may be correct. They also show this James as the son of your James and Miss Weaver. Since you never list a James as one of their children in your postings, I am wondering if your aunts' research supports James as one of the 11 children? Thanks for any info.
