David Owens (b. 1831 NC) is my gggrandfather.
In the 1870 census he and James are living in Gordon County, GA.
In the 1880 census he is living near a James E. Owens (b. 1841 NC).
Does anyone know their relation? I can locate no parents for either, but assume they are brothers.
