Can anyone help me with Grantham line of Benjamin Grantham listed on payroll of Twiggs County, Georgia Roster of War of 1812 (Lt. Lovett B. Smith's Company). This company of militia was ordered out on the frontier of Twiggs County by Brig. Gen. Blackshear, dated 7 Aug 1813 to build Fort Jackson and protect the settlers in Ocmulgee area. End of service is dated 14 Sep 1813.
Who are parents, spouse, children of Benjamin?
What is relationship of Benjamin to Joshua Grantham (b. ca.1805) married Polly McWilliams in Wilkinson County, GA 24 Mar 1825. Joshua is listed in Twiggs County, GA in 1830,1840, and 1850.
