Hoping to find someone who has some information on a James F. McKenney (McKinney) born about 1850 and married to Mary Emily McDaniel before 1877. They lived in Taylors County, Georgia. Had a daughter named Martha (Mattie) in 1877. James either disappeared or died between Mattie's birth and the 1880 census. Found Mary and Mattie living with Mary's sister, Margaret and her husband William Gassett.(also living in Taylors County, GA)
Trying to figure out this whole mystery on this. We have been trying to find out who he is and who is family is for a while, and I am getting tired of explaining the brick marks on my forehead from all the headbutting on this wall.
