Seeking the HENRY VERNON BONDS FAMILY. Henry wed Elizabeth Ann Turner in Georgia, Camden County, 19 April 1842. Henry b abt 1816 in S Carolina. Elizabeth b abt 1823 in S Carolina also. They have sons; Harmon W BONDS b abt 1852, Henry H BONDS b abt 1861. Daughters: Mary Ann BONDS b abt 1843 (could not verify where she was born), Barbara Ellen BONDS b abt 1850, and Rebecca S BONDS b 1845 all born in Georgia. The 1850 and 1870 Federal Census show the family in Georgia except Mary Ann Bonds she was only in 1850. The 1880 Federal Census shows Henry V. and Elizabeth with son Henry H BONDS in Hogan, Franklin Co.,Arkansas. Rebecca S. Bonds wed James A. NICHOLS in Franklin Co., AR on 30 Nov 1871. James A. NICHOLS b.abt 1852 in Mississippi. James & Rebecca are my g. grandparents.He was the son of William N NICHOLS and Mary WARD both from TN. Would appreciate any data on these families. Need HELP!
