Hosey/Hosea/Hussey Family Line

I am researching my family line and I have a Stephen Hosey/Hosea/Hussey b. North or South Carolina or Georgia. His brother is Jesse Hosey/Hosea b. 1785 in North Carolina d. 1866/1870 in Alabama. Jesse married Delilah Brasher in Greenville District, South Carolina area. They married before their first child Stephen William Hosey b. July 1807 in South Carolina.

I was told that Stephen Hosey/Hosea/Hussey moved to Texas then onto Canada.

I am also looking for Native American in this family tree. It is said that Stephen and Jesse's father: John Davidson Hosey/Hosea b. 1759 North Carolina, married into the Cherokee tribe.

Any information on this family would be greatly appreicated.
