In the 1850 census index there is an entry for Mary Sahley in Heard Co. GA. I fail to find the entry on the census. Does anyone know this lady? Is she the same as the Mary Sela in Randolph Co. AL in 1860? Any clues on this name appreciated.
Sahley, Sala, Sela, Sally, Sallee, Sallis, Sealy, etc.
