Thanks for your response. I have looked into this "Jethro Walker"(Redbone, GA) and cannot prove that he is the son of "Jethro Walker" of Macon County, GA., formerly of Putnam Co., GA.
Since posting this, I have found a death certificate for a Jethro Nathaniel Walker in Missouri, and from certain facts on that, I'm thinking this is the "Jethro" Walker that I'm seeking info on, as the Jethro I'm seeking grandfather's first name was Nathaniel. The birthdate matches as does some other facts, which I won't bother going into on this. I have much info on Jethro's family and am piecing together little 'tidbits' that are missing.
I cannot say whether the Jethro in Redbone is the one I'm looking for, as the information I have gives Jethro as single, no family, which may or may not be correct. Thanks again! I appreciate the help.
